As a freelance writer, you’ll help bloggers come up with content. Bloggers need content because it’s the heart and soul of their business. If you’re good at networking then you can easily find enough bloggers to give you consistent work.

Most beginning freelance writers have 0-3 years experience. On average, beginners charge between $40-50 per hour. You would have to work about 20 hours in one month to make $1,000.

A freelance network, such as Writers Work, provides you with everything you need to get started. You create an account, log in, and apply for available jobs. You don’t have to seek out any clients to start making money!

Amazon FBA

FBA stands for fulfillment by Amazon. You find items to sell, send them to an Amazon warehouse, and earn money when products sell.

• Wholesale distributors – find distributors who can supply you products at wholesale.

Ultimately, finding a wholesale distributor is the safest way to sell on Amazon. RA and Dropshipping can have consequences if you’re not careful.

However, trading stocks for profit has a steep learning curve. You can start to earn money consistently once you figure the stock market out.

I made 30% return on investment in about 8 months once I started figuring out swing trading.

There are few different ways people make money trading stocks. Which one fits your personality?

• Day Trading – Day traders buy and sell a stock within a day, taking advantage of small market movements. This style of trading is considered highly risky, although it can be highly profitable. Unfortunately, day traders are subject to the Pattern Day Trader (PDT) rule. The PDT rule requires day traders, who make 4 day trades in a 5 day period, to maintain $25,000 in their brokerage account.
• Swing Trading – Swing traders buy and sell stocks over a multiple days or months. Generally, swing traders buy when a specific stock takes a dive and then sell when the stock recovers. This is my favorite style of trading
• Momentum Trading – Momentum traders find stocks which are aggressively rising and buy to ride the momentum. Like day trading, this is risky because you’re assuming the trend will continue.

I recommend starting with a small amount of money that you don’t mind losing while you learn stock market basics.

Once you’ve figured out how to make money trading, you can buy dividend stocks. Dividend stocks will continue to pay you again and again just for owning them.

As a freelance virtual assistant, you can contract with numerous companies at your own rates. Maybe you’re really good at Pinterest scheduling so you contact bloggers with your services.

However, blogging takes a lot of time to learn and become successful. Blogging involves consistently writing content around a series of keywords, gaining followers, and monetizing your traffic. The basics of blogging include:

1. Find a niche.
2. Focus on writing helpful content focused on keywords.
3. Write content. A LOT of content.
4. Monetize your blog traffic with advertising, affiliate links, consulting, sponsored posts, and more!

As a blogger, you wear a lot of hats. You’re a business owner and will need to produce content that people want to read, find a way to monetize that traffic, promote that content, etc.
