For example, a physical therapist may create a course on stretches to help with lower back pain. You spend a day creating an outline for your course and filming the contents.

At a high level, Matthew’s process breaks down into:

2. Make sure the domain is worth buying
3. Buy and register the domain
4. Find a buyer
5. Sell the domain

Keep in mind flipping domains is a very technical side hustle. Not many people will be cut out for this type of business model. However, once you master the skill, it can be a good way to make a lot of money.

Transcribe Audio Files

As a transcriptionist, you’ll listen to audio files and type what you hear. Fast typing skills and the ability to transcribe accurately are a must.
